The dog loved the cookies from the reception, and after some initial issues, I felt the staff addressed my concerns well, making my stay satisfactory.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms.

I stayed here for three nights and loved the comfy beds and all the USB ports for charging my devices. The spa offered a nice massage and sauna which helped me relax after a long day. The only downside was the slow elevator, but I just took the stairs and called it my workout! 😊

The room was surprisingly large, clean, and comfortable. It was just a few steps from parks and other downtown attractions, making it an ideal place for wandering around the city.

Clean room with a very comfortable bed. There’s a noisy elevator that made getting around a bit frustrating. Conveniently located near downtown restaurants and attractions. Friendly staff were helpful during our stay.

the elevator was kinda sketchy but the staff were super friendly and helped with my TV issue real quick. the room was super clean and had a ton of charging outlets. location was perfect for exploring downtown.

Housekeeping could improve cleanliness!!! The bathtub was filthy, with dirt and grime left untouched. Noisy ventilation system and unclear pet fee policy add to the frustration!!!

Just a decent option for a relaxing holiday in Whitehorse with value for price. The front staff was super friendly and helpful. Be prepared for some noise from the floors above.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups

Enjoyed my three-night stay in a spacious room. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the rough towels were disappointing, and a small bathroom leak persisted after reporting it. For a better night’s sleep, request a room on a higher floor to avoid noise.

We had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for checking out local spots, and we loved visiting the nearby SS Klondike exhibit and enjoying meals at the on-site restaurant. Just a heads-up, late-night travelers can create some noise, so be prepared for that.

One downside was the noise from people overhead at odd hours, which made it hard to sleep at times.
